The Marxist party in South Korea, the Revolutionary Unification Party, is weak in numbers. It has about 3,000 members.

남한의 공산주의 정당인 통일혁명당은 약 3천명(!) 정도로 그 수가 많지 않다(?).

They have a central leadership and leadership structures in the provinces.

지방 별로 조직 체계가 있고 조직의 중심에는 이를 이끄는 리더쉽이 있다.

They have representatives in several factories but they are illegal and their activities are much impaired.

이 조직들은 여러 공장에 대표들이 있으나 불법적이고 그 활동에 많은 장애가 있다. 

Making active efforts among workers and peasants, and fighting openly against Park Chung Hee, would result in the liquidation of its leaders.

노동자들과 농민들을 규합해서 박정희에게 공개적으로 대항한 것은, 이러한 조직의 지도자들이 제거되는 결과만을 낳았다.

This is why we have instructed the members of the Revolutionary Party to join the ranks of the legal opposition parties and increase their influence from there under the workers and peasants.

그래서(=이러한 실패를 반복하기 않기 위해) 우리는 혁명당원들로 하여금 합법적인 야당의 당원이 되어 노동자들과 농민들에 대한 영향력을 넓히도록 지시했다.

정은이나 남한 내 간첩 새끼들이나 70년대부터 하던 짓 계속 하는 거지 별 거 있습니까ㄲㄲ
